  Have shopped here for years with my family. Went to frankies one evening this year, drove onto the car park at 17.50. Parked car went to pay at machine by time parked car and read display information it was 18.00. Sign says no parking charge after 18.00 so no ticket brought. Tried to check at security building on site but no one there. Received a £85 fine the following week because we drove onto the site before 18.00. I feel parking eye showed no common sense in this situation. We will not be using the crown wharf again. Bentley bridge has more shops and more food outlets than crown wharf with no parking charges. Food was ok in restaurant but very expensive bill came to £65 for 2 people

  The staff are very friendly, but the food quality and price are not ok. It's very expensive and a lot of it seems to be microwaved. Breakfast is of good value for money, but the food is mediocre. Will probably go back, but never very impressed.

  Food is nice. Waiting time is usually appropriate. Very expensive though and small pasta portions. Pizzas are better value for money.
  Staff are mostly lovely, but in the past we've encountered some fairly lazy members of staff who just stood around chatting while we sat staring at our food waiting to be served. The management seem to have changed and the service is now much better.
  The cocktails are fantastic.
